At TrackYourPrints.online, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is significantly different from the description or preview

Note: Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or design errors submitted by the customer.

2. Time Frame

Refund or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@trackyourprints.online and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a free replacement item, depending on your preference and item availability

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom designs submitted by the customer with errors or typos
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Sale items or discounted promotional products (unless defective)

6. Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
